Deacon
Rev. Arletha Miles-Boyce is an ordained Deacon in The United Methodist Church who serves with a passion for ministry, community engagement, and compassionate service. She has served in a ministerial capacity with Tremont United Methodist Church in the Bronx, where she has been dedicated to supporting the church’s mission through administration, community relations, and outreach.
Rev. Boyce brings extensive experience in leadership, advocacy, and community service. Prior to her ministry work, she served for more than 20 years at Pace University, including as Executive Director of Institutional Equity, where she worked to promote fairness, inclusion, and support within the university community.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Lehman College, her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, and her Master of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary. Her professional and ministry background reflects her commitment to justice, care for others, and creating spaces where people can experience God's love and support.
Rev. Miles-Boyce continues to serve God and the community through prayer, ministry, and outreach, helping Tremont United Methodist Church fulfill its calling to be a place of faith, hope, and service in the Bronx.
